If your purchase is not right for you, you may request a return for a refund under the conditions below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RETURN WINDOW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have <strong>30 days from the delivery date<\/strong> to request a return by emailing <a href=\"mailto:contact@scarletmuse.shop\"><strong>contact@scarletmuse.shop<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After receiving our return instructions, please ship your return within <strong>14 days<\/strong>. Your initial request date determines whether your request falls within the 30-day return window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RETURN CONDITIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For change-of-mind and sizing returns, items must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have all original tags and labels attached.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include the original product packaging and all accessories supplied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be accompanied by your order number or other proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shoes and boots may be tried on indoors on a clean, soft surface to check the fit. They must not show outdoor wear, scuffed soles, stains, or other signs of use beyond careful indoor fitting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These conditions do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email <a href=\"mailto:contact@scarletmuse.shop\"><strong>contact@scarletmuse.shop<\/strong><\/a> with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please indicate whether your request concerns sizing, a change of mind, or an issue with the item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will email you the return address and shipping instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pack the item securely and include your order number or proof of purchase. Place the original shoe box inside a protective outer package. Do not attach shipping labels or tape directly to the shoe box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ship your return according to the instructions provided.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact us before sending your return to ensure it reaches the correct location. <strong>The sender address on your original parcel may not be the correct return address.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your postage receipt until your return has been resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RETURN SHIPPING COSTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Change of mind or sizing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for return shipping costs if you change your mind or the size you selected does not fit, provided we supplied the correct item and size as described.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will need to arrange and pay for your return shipment. We do not provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse return postage for these returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Damaged, defective, or incorrect items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item or size, please contact us before arranging return shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a return is required, we will cover the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid label or arranging another shipping method at our expense. Please follow our instructions to avoid unnecessary postage costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please email <a href=\"mailto:contact@scarletmuse.shop\"><strong>contact@scarletmuse.shop<\/strong><\/a> as soon as you discover the issue. Include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A description of the problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where possible, clear photos of the item, the affected area, and the packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a refund or, with your agreement and subject to availability, a replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 30-day change-of-mind return window does not limit any statutory rights you may have concerning defective or incorrectly supplied goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REFUNDS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you by email of the outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For eligible returns, we will issue your refund to the <strong>original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item<\/strong>, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit after we issue it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your refund will reflect the amount actually paid for the returned item, taking into account any discounts applied and refundable taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For change-of-mind and sizing returns, original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items, we will also refund any applicable original delivery charges attributable to those items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We do not charge a restocking fee.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a return does not meet the conditions of this policy, we will explain the reason by email and discuss the next steps with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EXCHANGES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not offer direct size or colour exchanges for change-of-mind returns.
